The Double Room

	With a wonderful view of the nearby beach, and a further view of the Isle of Wight, you'll enjoy waking up to the sounds of the sea in this front facing room for two. The Double Room is ensuite with Tea and Coffee making facilities, a TV and a small fridge in the room for your use while you are our guests.

The Family Room

	Our Family Room sits in our East Wing and as its name suggests is large enough to accommodate 4 adults or 2 families very comfortably. The Family Room is ensuite with Tea and Coffee making facilities, a TV and a small fridge in the room for your use while you are our guests.

The Twin Room

	Situated at the back of the house, The Twin Room is large enough to cater for 2 adults and 2 children. Like our other rooms, The Twin Room is ensuite with Tea and Coffee making facilities, a TV and a small fridge in the room for your use while you are our guests. Pets are welcome in The Twin Room.

The Single Room

	Our Single Rooms cater to the individual. Facilities include a large bathroom (shared with the other Single Room) with bath and power shower, Tea and Coffee making facilities, TV and a small fridge for your use while you are our guests.

The Dining Room

	Enjoy a traditional breakfast prepared by Alan or Ann. Fruit Juice, Cereal, Toast, Tea and Coffee are always available as breakfast and we cater to vegetarian diets as well. Guests may choose from our menu of the day a small to very large breakfast of their choice. Breakfast is between the hours of 8am to 10am.
